Donald J. Lipskis, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Lipskis received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois in 1974, and his medical degree from Loyola Stritch University School of Medicine. He completed his training in Internal Medicine, as well as his fellowship in Cardiology, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Since completion of his training, Dr. Lipskis has been practicing in the Hampton Roads area with Cardiology Consultants, Ltd. since 1983.
Dr. Lipskis is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is Assistant Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Lipskis has been very active on various committees at Sentara Hospitals-Norfolk, as well as Bon Secours-DePaul Medical Center. His areas of interest include interventional cardiology, as well as nuclear cardiology.
